TUE, JUL 22 @ 7PM: Connecticut Ballet's DANZA! A Celebration of Latin Choreographers! Plus Latin Ballroom Lesson!
DANZA! IS TONIGHT! An all-new program in our all-new home! Featuring exciting classical and contemporary works by Rodney Rivera of Puerto Rico, Alberto Alonso of Cuba, Daniel Fetecua Soto of Colombia, and Marcos Vedoveto from Brazil. The evening starts with a Latin Ballroom lesson on the Terrace.

WED, JUL 23 @ 7PM: Melissa & Doug Children's Series Launch! Brady Rymer & The Little Band That Could!
Brady delivers genuine roots rock for kids with jaunty tunes that use mandolin, accordion,guitar, piano and more…“When it comes to entertaining kids, Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could definitely can” - The Washington Post. Come early for face-painting!

THU, JUL 24 @ 8PM: Casuarina - Sizzling Samba
Samba the night away with Brazil's celebrated quintet fresh from their performance at Lincoln Center's Midsummer Night Swing! This fresh-faced group sways its way through the sexy, upbeat best of classic sambas. Casuarina’s sophisticated and virtuosic original arrangements have taken Rio by storm, reinvigorating a beloved repertory for the younger generation. Samba tips provided before the concert starts! Dancing on the Hospitality Terrace!

FRI, Jul 25 @ 8PM: Black 47 – Farewell Tour!
They played more gigs at Shea Stadium than The Beatles, shut down the city of Hoboken, appeared multiple times on Leno, Letterman & O’Brien, starred in a movie with their fans Matt Dillon and Danny Glover, and saved an Irish immigrant church from the wrecking ball. They plan to disband on Nov. 8, exactly 25 years after their first gig in The Bronx. Don't miss Black 47's last call!

SAT, JUL 26 @ 8PM: DJ Rekha - Bhangra Dance Party!
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! The internationally acclaimed DJ imports live drums and dancers and video projections! Audience members of all ages get a lesson in bhangra dance moves and channel their inner Bollywood movie! Since establishing herself on the club scene with her inaugural event, Basement Bhangra at SOBs nightclub in 1997, DJ Rekha has produced some of the longest running and most successful parties in New York including Bollywood Disco, and Mutiny.

SUN, JUL 27 @ 7PM: The Hot Sardines - Hot Jazz!
The Hot Sardines launches the Celebration Sundays Music Series! Take a blustery brass lineup, layer it over a rhythm section led by a stride-piano virtuoso in the Fats Waller vein, and tie the whole thing together with a one-of-the-boys frontwoman with a voice from another era, and you have The Hot Sardines. (We haven’t even told you about the tap dancer yet.) Celebration Sundays are sponsored by Jewish Senior Services.

MON, JUL 28 @ 7PM: The Hall Family Children’s Show!
A Levitt Pavilion tradition –not-to-be-missed! The Hall Family Special: Mary Ann, Bill, Emily, Daniel and their friends celebrate their 23rd appearance at the Levitt Pavilion with joyful songs, and special guests. Arrive early for pre-show festivities including face-painting. Sponsor: Stew Leonard III Children's Charities.

TUES, JUL 29 @ 7PM: Emil Zrihan – The Moroccan Nightingale!

The "Moroccan nightingale" mesmerizes with a concert under the stars. Accompanied by his band, the spectacular Morocco-born, Israel-based countertenor marries Arabic mawal and Jewish cantorial music as he soars through Sephardic and Judeo-Andalusian songs with riveting passion and breathtaking improvisional flights.

The fiery-name fits this L.A.-based group whose sound is all about energy, exploration, and passion! Incendio’s live shows are explosive improvisatory journeys that create tremendous audience response across the U.S.

This passionate group of six talented studio and concert tour veterans with major recording artists perform the inspired rich vocal harmonies and intricate guitar styles made famous by the legendary group. From “Take it Easy” to “Hotel California” – it’s all here!

SAT, AUG 2 @ 8PM Otis & the Hurricanes & The Mill River Band

A double-treat for discriminating music fans! Experience Mill River’s unique blend of acoustic rock, country blues and western swing as well as the Hurricanes party mix of Delta blues, New Orleans funk, and some good-time rock & roll.

SUN, AUG 3 @ 7PM: DIVALICIOUS
A soaring evening of cabaret & jazz, Broadway, and classical favorites starring three of the most acclaimed and distinctive vocalists: Terry Eldh, Jodi Keogan,and Leslie Orofino, teamed with with the multi-talented Musical Director David Wolfson.*

The 2014 SiriusXM Indie Award Winner for “WORLD ARTIST GROUP of the YEAR” and JUNO Award nominees perform a thrilling tapestry of Flamenco, Arabic folk, Cuban rhythms, and Gypsy jazz. An exuberant and infectious sound, powerful and moving, the Sultans are simply an awesome musical group!

Proceeds help underwrite our free programming. America’s premier, award-winning female illusionist, Lyn Dillies has taken the magic world by storm, astonishing, and amazing audiences of all ages for over two decades. She is an undeniable pioneer in her field and an inspiration to all who witness her magic. In 2013 she was the first female illusionist in history to receive the prestigious Milbourne Christopher Award – the Academy Award of magic – from the Society of American Magicians (past recipients have included David Copperfield, Penn and Teller and Siegfried and Roy)! The Lawn will open at 6PM and the show will start at 7.30PM. From 6PM until showtime, there will be extra fun activities at the Melissa & Doug activity center on the Terrace. The Lawn will feature additional ticketed activities such as face-painting and balloon animals, as well as roving jugglers and more.

THU, Aug 28 @ 8PM: Wilson Savoy & The Pine Leaf Boys
A Cajun and Creole band from South Louisiana. Members include Grammy Award Winner Wilson Savoy together with Courtney Granger, Drew Simon, Jon Bertrand, and Thomas David

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • All shows are free except where otherwise indicated. No tickets are required for remaining free shows.
  • The Levitt Pavilion Lawn closes for sound check and re-opens one hour before show-time for picnicking. Lawn closes after show.
  • Our new FESTIVITIES CONCESSION opens one hour before showtime and is open for all shows.
  • Our new TERRACE BAR is open THU – SUN one hour before show-time. (Photo I.D. required)
  • Picnics and coolers welcome at free events. Picnics and coolers may not be permitted at some ticketed events – check show description when buying tickets.
  • LOVE OUR LAWN! Use trash receptacles. Do not dispose of ice on lawn. Do not dispose of wax on lawn. Plastic always preferred – the Lawn is a barefoot zone!
  • Free shows are BYO lawn chairs / blankets.
  • High tables, tents and umbrellas are not permitted.
  • The Levitt Pavilion and its perimeter is a non-smoking area.
  • Please do not stand on or walk through planted areas.
  • Children must be monitored by guardians at all times.
  • No backstage or behind the stage area access permitted.
  • To access the RiverWalk, use the Shoup Path or enter by the Library or Imperial footbridge.
  • No pets are allowed (with the exception of service animals with proof of registration).
  • Free shows are "shower or shine".
  • Rain Location: Saugatuck Auditorium, 170 Riverside Avenue. Call the concert hotline at (203)-221-2153 at or after 4PM day of show for locations status.
