What does the Summer Gala benefit?
Did you know that all our performers, including
the star of the Summer Gala, are paid? The proceeds from this
special performance help to underwrite the over 50 FREE nights of
entertainment at the Pavilion.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be ordered online or charged by phone:
203- 226-7600 with American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Box Office
hours are 10:00 - 4:30pm. There is a $7.00 processing fee per order
for all online or phone orders. Or, tickets can be purchased using check or cash at the
Pavilion Business Office.
ALL Tickets are FINAL SALE AND ARE non-refundable.
What is the Pavilion's ticket policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. All special ticketed events are rain
or shine.
What is the difference between the General Admission and the
Preferred Seating (Friend) ticket?
The Friend ticket is in a section closer to the
stage. Although there are no assigned seats, there are assigned
sections. Seating is based on a first come, first served basis
within your section.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, children of all ages will need a ticket to
our Summer Gala concert and should be able sit quietly through the
concert. Due to the late starting time of this special event, our
Wednesday night Children's Series would be a better choice for a
young child.
Are there reserved seats?
There are NO reserved seats, only a reserved section: a General
Admission section, a Preferred Seating (Friend) section, and a
Priority Seating section for ticket-holders who are participating in
The Friends of the Levitt Pavilion's Annual Benefit Gala.
Call (203) 226-7600 for more details on the pre-concert Gala.
Are chairs provided?
Chairs
are provided for everyone at this special event. Do NOT bring beach
chairs or blankets to this event.
How are the chairs set up?
We set up 2500 chairs into three different
price sections. The first third of the Pavilion is Priority Seating,
reserved for attendees at the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion's
Annual Gala. The middle third is reserved for the Preferred Seating
(Friend) section. The back third of the Pavilion is reserved for
General Admission ticket holders.
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Tickets will
only be available at the gate if we are not sold out ahead of time.
Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.
What if it rains?
The
concert will take place at the Pavilion, RAIN OR SHINE,
so dress appropriately.
When can I arrive?

Jesup Green lots.
