What do Stars on Tour events benefit?

Proceeds from the Stars on Tour events will go to enhance our Education and Outreach programs.

 

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be ordered online or charged by phone

203- 226-7600 with American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Box Office hours are 10:00 - 4:30pm. There is a $7.00 processing fee per order on online orders and a $7.00 processing fee per order on phone orders. Or, tickets can be purchased using check or cash at the Pavilion Business Office. ALL Tickets are FINAL SALE AND ARE non-refundable.

 

What is the Pavilion's ticket policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. All special ticketed events are rain or shine.

 

Are chairs provided?
Chairs are not provided. Please bring beach chairs or blankets to this special event.

 

Will tickets be available at the gate?
Tickets will only be available at the gate if we are not sold out ahead of time. Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.

 

What if it rains?
The concert will take place at the Pavilion, RAIN OR SHINE, so dress appropriately.

 

When can I arrive?
Gates open 90 minutes prior to show time.

 

Where should I park?

There is free municipal parking all around, including in the lot we share with the Westport Public Library, and the Imperial Avenue and Jesup Green lots.

 

Can I bring in my camera or video camera?

All recording devices (including cameras) are strictly prohibited without prior consent from the Pavilion Director.


Can I bring a picnic?
Large picnic coolers are NOT allowed for this event. We suggest bringing a small cooler that can fit under your chair before the concert starts.

 

Can I bring alcohol?
Alcohol is permitted, but please be responsible with glass bottles.

 

Will the concession stand be open?

Yes, the concession stand will be open for all free and ticketed events. Ice cream, chips, candy and water are available for sale.
